NEW DELHI: Several buyers of Amrapali projects in Greater Noida on Wednesday moved the Supreme Court, challenging a section of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Act that allows NCLT to keep out homebuyers from any insolvency proceedings pending before it.
