KOLKATA: Numetal has said it has approached NCLT Ahmedabad bench to reinforce its eligibility to bid for Essar Steel. Any decision by the Committee of Creditors meeting on Wednesday on Numetal’s resolution will be subject to final order of NCLT, it said in an official statement.
