MUMBAI: The promoters of Binani Cement are trying to “thwart the IBC process” by getting out of the resolution process and stalling the attempt of the government to find a solution for the Rs 4 lakh crore worth of stressed assets, a senior executive at Dalmia Bharat said on Wednesday.
